Order Processing
Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation immediately. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Processing may take slightly longer during weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
After processing, your order is handed to the shipping carrier. For United States orders we ship via USPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States. International delivery times vary depending on your location and local courier services.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is approximately $8 USD within the 48 contiguous states.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don't see the email right away, no worries — the delivery date or estimated timeframe shown at checkout is still valid, and we'll make sure your order stays on track.
Order Changes
If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
Please note: custom or pre-order items cannot be exchanged for different designs.
Missing or Undelivered Items
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend first reaching out to the courier for assistance. If the issue isn't resolved, please email us and we'll be happy to help.
