We offer a 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible products purchased directly from our website. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of confirmed delivery.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be purchased directly from our website.
- The request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- If multiple bottles/units are purchased: only one (1) bottle/unit may be opened and used. All additional bottles/units must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Products must not be intentionally damaged, excessively used, or altered.
We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet these conditions.
3. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
Customers are fully responsible for:
- Arranging their own return shipment
- Paying all return shipping costs
- Properly packaging the item
- Providing tracking information
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Return Authorization Required
To initiate a return, email us at support@partypump.com and include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and not refunded.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days.
- If the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, the refund may be denied or partially issued at our discretion.
6. Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific results. Refunds are issued based on compliance with this Return Policy, not product performance expectations.
7. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or future orders in cases of repeated return requests, fraudulent claims, or chargebacks filed without valid reason. This clause applies only to actions intended to abuse our return policy and does not affect customers acting in good faith.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review and provide a resolution if applicable.
